Bio

Roberto Fonseca-Velazquez is an associate at Theall Group LLP, where he is developing a broad commercial litigation practice.

Prior to joining Theall Group LLP, Roberto completed his articles at a Toronto employer-side employment and labour law firm, where he gained experience in a wide range of employment and labour law matters, including employment litigation, labour relations issues, and complex workplace disputes.

Roberto earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law in 2025 and holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Studies and a Master of Arts in Philosophy from Queen’s University. While at UofT Law, he volunteered at Downtown Legal Services and served as the Vice-President of the Canadian Hispanic Bar Association student chapter. Roberto is fluent in Spanish, French and English.
