Our team is interested in meeting candidates who are truly passionate about the law and litigation within our practice areas: Insurance Coverage, Product Liability, Commercial Arbitrations and Class Actions. Associates work alongside senior counsel on complex interesting files that will challenge and grow your capabilities as advocates. You will not get lost in the crowd here. As second chair you will be actively involved in legal strategy, research, evidentiary review, and client relationships. 3 – 5 year Associate
As a more experienced associate the candidate must have an entrepreneurial spirit to build a practice (with support) within our Product Liability, Commercial Litigation and/or Insurance Coverage practice. This is an opportunity for an associate who sets high professional standards for their work, and is ready to take on greater responsibility within the firm.
You must take pride in your professional and administrative skills to support the team, and work well with other assistants. Your knowledge of proper legal administration, attention to detail, and ability to eagerly manage multiple tasks are essential for success in this role. Candidates must be comfortable working with electronic files and be proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe. A commitment to ongoing advancement of your knowledge and skills is important as this allows us to deliver superior client service.

Part Time Positions
Theall Group offers part time evening and weekend positions to individuals in our document management service group. These roles are responsible for scanning, coding, document organization and other projects as assigned. Amazing attention to detail, accurate data entry, reliability and problem solving skills are required. Experience with Eclipse is an asset but not essential if computer skills are superior.
