We have recently been at the forefront of class action litigation involving franchisees and successfully defended a multimillion dollar class action brought against a products manufacturer. The firm’s strengths in e-discovery allow us to address actions requiring extensive document production in an efficient and cost-effective manner. In addition, we act for the Attorney General of Ontario.
