Liam Thompson is an associate at Theall Group LLP, and is developing a broad litigation practice.
Prior to joining Theall Group, Liam articled at another leading litigation firm, working on commercial, regulatory, and public law matters.
Liam went to law school at the University of Toronto, where he was actively involved in the law school community. During a clinical placement at Downtown Legal Services, Liam represented clients charged with criminal matters before the Ontario Court of Justice. Over the course of an externship, Liam assisted several prominent Toronto criminal defence lawyers with matters before the Court of Appeal. Liam also worked for Professor Brian Langille of the University of Toronto, and Professor David Doorey of Osgoode Hall researching labour and employment law.
